Mickey Weston is the Executive Director of Unlimited Potential Inc. (UPI), a long-standing faith-based organization dedicated to discipling professional baseball players and sharing the message of Jesus Christ throughout the baseball world. With decades of ministry experience, Weston has played a key role in building relationships with Major League Baseball players, coaches, and chaplains, helping create opportunities for spiritual growth within the game. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding UPI’s reach across clubhouses, spring training facilities, and international baseball communities.

Through his work with UPI, Weston has helped develop initiatives that combine faith and baseball, including partnerships that bring player testimonies, chapel services, and discipleship resources to athletes at every level. Known for his relational leadership style and deep commitment to serving others, he has influenced countless players both on and off the field.
