Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m married to my wife Chloe, and we’ve been married for two years. I play for the Baltimore Orioles and have a strong passion for my faith and sharing the gospel. I’m grateful for the opportunity to play the game and live out my purpose.
When did you give your life to Christ?
I grew up in a Christian home, so my faith has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s something I’ve continued to grow in and build my life around.
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
My parents have been the biggest influence in my life. Now, my wife also plays a huge role, but my parents are still the people I’ve learned the most from.
So, What is the Gospel?
What if understanding the Gospel was as easy as running the bases? Good news. It is. Join Mickey Weston as he steps up to the plate and walks through the Gospel using the simple, familiar rhythm of baseball. From home plate to first, second, third, and back home, faith becomes clear, approachable, and unforgettable. No religious jargon, no pressure. Just Good News explained in a way that makes sense and brings you home.
